The six future filmmakers, age 18-30, will get to spend a week in Los Angeles meeting and working with the Oscars producers and crew. On Oscar Sunday, they'll take the stage to help deliver awards to Oscar winners.

The contest was announced in December. Those interested entered on the Academy's Facebook page by answering a question ("If you win, what will be going through your mind as you walk across the Oscars stage?") and submitting a 60-second video "based on the best piece of advice you've ever received." Submissions were accepted until Jan. 12.

The 87th Academy Awards, for outstanding film achievements of 2014, will be presented on Sunday, Feb. 22, 2015, at the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, and will be televised live on ABC and in more than 225 countries worldwide.
